Suggest your days
Give us a few windows that work. We will reply with available times and hold a consultation slot for you.
We confirm by return
You will get a confirmation email with arrival notes. Deposit details, when required, are confirmed in that reply.
Arrive for consultation
We place jewellery together in studio — unhurried, one-to-one. Final placement is decided with you, not from a photo alone.
Before You Arrive
A little thought beforehand makes the whole experience feel easy.
Eat Well
Have a proper meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. Stable blood sugar keeps you steady and at ease throughout.
Drink Water
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Good hydration supports your body and encourages a smoother, faster heal.
Bring ID
We ask for valid photo ID for all clients. 16–17 year olds may have earlobe piercings only, with a parent or guardian present, written consent, and photo ID for both.
Arrive Gently
Ten minutes early is ideal — time to settle, complete any paperwork, and begin the experience calmly rather than in a rush.
Dress Thoughtfully
Choose clothing that allows easy access to the area being pierced. Loose layers work well — and comfort after matters just as much as during.
Share What We Should Know
Metal allergies, blood conditions, medications, implants — we want to know. Everything you share helps us take the very best care of you.
Come Sober
Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your visit. It thins the blood and can heighten sensitivity and swelling — and we want your experience to be as comfortable as possible.

When you arrive for a reserved appointment, there is nothing to navigate but the experience itself.
A Quiet Welcome
When you arrive, your piercer greets you and leads you to a private consultation room. No open-plan chaos, no waiting in view of other clients. The space is calm and entirely yours.
The Conversation
Together you explore placement, gauge, jewellery style and metal. There is no rush. We want you to feel genuinely excited about your choice — not steered into one.
Reading Your Anatomy
Your piercer reads your anatomy — confirming that your chosen placement is viable and positioned for the best long-term result. We always work with your body, never against it.
The Mark
Placement is marked and shown to you before anything else. If it is not exactly right, you say so and we adjust. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
The Piercing
Single-use, autoclave-sterilised needles. Implant-grade jewellery. Your piercer works with precision and calm. Most piercings take only a few seconds.
Healing Together
Before you leave, your piercer walks you through the next steps — cleaning, what to expect as you heal, what to avoid, and when to reach out if anything feels uncertain.
Take It With You
You leave with a printed aftercare card and a link to our full guide — clear, reliable information at hand throughout your healing.
