How Pariah handles enquiries

What we collect

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. That may include aftercare or health-related context if you choose to include it.

How messages reach us

The contact form posts to info@pariah.au. Reservation requests from the Reserve page post to booking@pariah.au. If that path is unavailable, the form opens a draft in your own email application to the matching address. Nothing is stored on our servers in the mailto fallback — the message lives in your mail client until you send it.

Fitting Room send uses the same contact path: your name, email, optional note, and a link to the layout you built; if that path is unavailable, a draft opens in your own mail app, or you can copy the link.

When the form endpoint succeeds, your details are transmitted so we can reply. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a reserved consultation.

Third parties on this site

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may request those files from Google’s servers when you visit. We do not use advertising trackers on this site today.

If you reserve through a third-party booking tool once it is linked here, that provider’s own privacy terms will apply to the booking itself.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your details.
• We do not share enquiries for marketing lists.
• We keep correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business records.
